At the Ashlyn Silva State Farm Agent office, we are proud to serve the Central Coast of California with a deep appreciation for the community we call home 🌊. Born and raised right here, my roots run from Cayucos to Arroyo Grande, and I am grateful to support individuals and families across San Luis Obispo County.

I began my State Farm career at 21 and have spent nearly a decade helping customers explore coverage options for the different stages of life. From Auto Insurance to Life Insurance and Business Insurance, my team and I take time to learn about each household and its priorities. I also have experience working with local farm and ranch communities and understand the unique lifestyle of the Central Coast. We focus on clear conversations and helpful information so customers may make informed decisions about their coverage.

As families across San Luis Obispo County settle into a new school year 🎒, August is a natural time to revisit routines, schedules and plans for the months ahead. September is Life Insurance Awareness Month, making it a timely opportunity to start a conversation about Life Insurance. Fall also brings plenty to enjoy around the Central Coast. Here in the Village of Arroyo Grande, the annual Arroyo Grande Harvest Festival returns September 25 and 26 with a parade, entertainment, food, games and community activities. It is a wonderful local tradition and a fun way to welcome the season with neighbors, friends and family.

Outside the office, I love making the most of life on the Central Coast, whether I am kayaking near Shell Beach 🚣, walking the shoreline in Pismo Beach, or exploring the sand and tide pools at Avila Beach with my daughter 👣. Being part of this community is especially meaningful to me, both personally and as a State Farm Agent.

Lyz is originally from Bakersfield and has been part of the San Luis Obispo community for more than 15 years. As a mom to adorable twin girls, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the Central Coast through photography. Lyz is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life Insurance, and she enjoys having meaningful conversations that help customers make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

Lyz also enjoys working with customers to explore Business Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, and Farm and Ranch Insurance coverage options.
